Top 10 things I just don't understand about men!

Yes, i know men are just made differently from women (otherwise the book "men are from Mars and women are from Venus" wouldn't be so popular) BUT..

I really can't understand...

1) Why do men hate shopping?

In my definition, shopping includes (i) window shopping, (ii) walking ard the shops without a aim at first and just see if anything catches ur eye, (iii) checking out all the shops that sell what u want to buy and compare the different designs, colours, prices, etc before making the final decision, (iv) going to different malls in a day (i can walk from orchard wisma to plaza singapura to raffles city to bugis, pretty normal right?)...

I just dun understand why, to men, (i) shopping has to be got over and done with in 2 hours (will their legs break if they walk for 8 hours?), (ii) shopping can only be carried out when u have something to buy in mind, (iii) shopping should be restricted to one location only, (iv) there must be lots of seats for them to sit down in the shopping malls, (v) shopping is a chore! (i mean, it's the greatest pleasure of my life lor!), etc etc..

2) Why do men have poor memories?

I listed this down because last weekend, i was asking simon abt what gifts i got for him on each special occasion.. and he was thinking really hard to recall.. With my clues and hints, he got them more or less right in the end.. But anw, i think he should write everything down cos i'll normally test him when i'm bored.. haha.. Hmm, I can remember everything he got for me on special occasions very clearly lor.. Even what we did on these special days, the times we quarrelled and what we quarelled over are still imprinted in my mind.. ;)

Anw, the incident just set me wondering why men forget so easily.. Poor memory?

3) Why do men like to feel superior to women?

Look at which century we're living in now.. Pls reject the "men are superior" hypothesis! True enough, there are certain things that men can perform better (eg. fighting in a war..) but women today are not any less capable of achievements..

4) Why are men hesitant about showing their love and affection in public?

Guess it's probably linked to the superior feeling that they like.. Is it less manly if a man shows affection to a woman (say, talk softly to her or treat her gently or pick food for her in front of his male friends..)? I don't think so..

5) Why do men ogle at women who have big boobs, who wear low-cut tops and short skirts?

WHY? I just dun understand what's so nice to see.. Is it satisfying to see big boobs, or a deep cleavage, or the G-string that lies beneath the short skirt? (",)" Even if u can see, u can't touch.. So why do u still look?

6) Why are men insensitive and unromantic?

7) Why do men watch porn and have so many sexual fantasies?

8) Why do men attribute every problem of a woman to PMS?

Yeah.. We, the poor women, do suffer from PMS every month.. But, it does not mean that whenever we are demanding, lose our temper, feel unhappy, etc, it's confirmed + guarantee chop that it's PMS that's bugging us..

9) Why are men sloppy?

Hmm, i got this listed cos there's this man working in the hospital who always comes in shirt and pants which are crumpled.. Very very crumpled in fact.. Just as if he had thrown them into the washing machine to spin for 10 hours! Actually, we find him quite a cute guy.. But, if he can iron his clothes before wearing them to work, he'll be much more presentable and eligible!

And, i dun understand why some men dun get a clean shave or trim those protruding nostril hairs..

10) Why do men bitch and gossip too?

This used to be a favourite past-time of women only, but men have evolved to bitch and gossip too.. And, they can be very mean with their words too..
